Hello, I'm J, the proud owner of J Fitness and Training and your dedicated personal trainer. With a wealth of experience under my belt and a strong passion for fitness, I am here to guide you on your journey to better health.


My journey in the fitness world has led me to become a Certified Personal Trainer and a Pain-Free Performance Specialist. I have honed my expertise in functional fitness, mobility, and injury prehab and rehab, focusing on creating personalized workout programs that cater to each client's unique needs. Hi, I’m Sandra, and I’m thrilled to be teaming up with J Fitness and Training to help you reach your fitness goals! I am a recent graduate of the NAIT Personal Fitness Trainer Program, CSEP Certified Personal Trainer, and NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist. I value education to support your wellness with sound principles.


My road to becoming a Certified Personal Trainer started quite painfully with a severe lower back injury. After trying many therapies for a year and a half, attempting to strengthen and exercise was the key to finally unlocking my pain and feeling some relief. It led me to learn everything I could about helping others feel their best through physical activity.


As a mom of three, I get the need to find that family-life, work, self-care balance. Having the right trainer to help make the best use of your time and be that cheerleader, will make exercise enjoyable and positively impact your life throughout.


Whether it’s improving your comfort and posture, energy, endurance, weight-management, strength, or muscle definition, I’m here for you. Let’s get you moving and feeling your best!
