Hello! I'm Jay, the founder of J Fitness and Training and your dedicated personal trainer. My mission is to guide you toward better health through a holistic, functional approach to fitness. With extensive experience in the fitness industry, I specialize in creating customized workout programs that address each client’s unique needs, whether it’s enhancing mobility, building strength, or supporting injury prevention and recovery.

Kyle Lobb

​Kyle Lobb is a CSEP certified fitness trainer who has graduated from NAIT in 2017. He looks to train clients who are new to the fitness world and are looking for an experienced, knowledgeable and empathetic guide to help get them started towards their fitness goals and having fun along the way.

In addition to being passionate about fitness and improving physical health, Kyle is also a strong advocate for mental health issues, Autism awareness and is an avid practitioner in Toastmasters who is always looking for ways to combine all three avenues together.
