• Fit Loop: Essential for a variety of strength and flexibility exercises.
• Tennis Ball: We'll be using this for targeted muscle release.

• A stable internet connection is essential for a seamless live-streaming experience.
• Please ensure you have a device capable of running the Zoom app. This could be your smartphone, tablet, or computer. Remember to download the Zoom app in advance and familiarize yourself with its functionality.
